Night Markets in Koh Samui
Fisherman’s Village
The biggest night market on the island, every Monday and Friday nights from 6pm, in Bophut. The street of Bophut beach is inhabited by stalls and itinerant vendors who expose their products. You will find your happiness to buy your souvenirs. A varied and quality choice at very reasonable prices.
Lamai Market
Very big market on Sunday evening in Lamai. For many, the best night market, especially to taste a variety of Thai and Western food, in a festive and lively atmosphere. Just like the other markets and pedestrian streets on Koh Samui, you can find everything: souvenirs, clothes, bars, restaurants, street vendors and much more.
Maenam Market
Very nice market which takes place on Thursday evening. If you like small night markets, unlike Fisherman’s Village which is huge, you will certainly appreciate the one in Maenam. This market has a very large restaurant area, including a street dedicated to sweet treats!
Chaweng Market
On Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays, the market is located at Central Festival in Chaweng. It is famous for its cheap clothes and its incredible restaurant area; it is common to drink a cocktail while shopping.
