Big Buddha Temple
The Big Buddha Temple is the most famous temple on the island and one of the most popular places on Koh Samui.
The statue is located on a small rocky island, known locally as Wat Phra Yau, in the northeast of the island, a short distance from Wat Plai Laem temple.
In addition to the beautiful temple buildings and many colorful details, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the neighboring island of Koh Phangan from the terrace.

Wat Plai Laem, located in the northeastern part of Koh Samui, is a beautiful Buddhist and Chinese temple.
Built on a lake, this colorful temple is out of the ordinary and absolutely worth seeing!
The huge 18-armed statue of the goddess Guan Yin, a popular symbol of Compassion and Mercy, is particularly impressive.
